Stunning views and great atmosphere
I had a lovely stay with amazing views of the Humber Bridge from the garden, which provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. the room was quite warm due to a lack of air conditioning, making it somewhat uncomfortable at times.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a big plus. We had comfy beds that helped us sleep really well. There was a fan since it got a bit warm, which was nice to have. The little gift box with snacks and drinks was a cool touch too. The only downside was that the WiFi didn’t work on the second day, and the room felt a bit dated despite being newly decorated.

The views of the Humber Bridge were stunning, making our stay truly memorable. The outdoor lounge pods were a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Staff members, like the friendly receptionist, were incredibly accommodating when we requested a room change. The breakfast spread was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. the room could really use some updates. The furniture looked worn, with stains that made it feel less inviting. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to par. I noticed some areas that needed better attention. the foundation of a great hotel exists here, but more effort on maintenance would make a big difference.
